February 2009 and ongoing:

Art teacher for the Studio Arts Project,  

Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, 1270 Belmont Avenue, Schenectady, NY 12308

 

November 2009 and ongoing:

Exhibition Series Coordinator at the View Point Gallery at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital.   There are four small shows during the calendar year. Currently on display is the exhibit, TWO PROJECTS. Students work from the Studio Art Project have their glass transfer paintings and 12 inch square abstract paintings based on Georgia O'Keeffe's work on exhibit.

 

January 2008  and ongoing:

Teacher of Decorative Papermaking including paste papers and traditional Turkish Marbling.  I also have proposed a number of book binding classes and related topics in mechanical measuring and origami.

Active member of the Guild of Book Workers, an international membership of bookbinders, conservators and book artists.  I have been invited in 1993 in Boston Massachusetts and in 2003 in Denver, Colorado to present for the Standards of Excellence Seminars.  I have also traveled to various local chapters through out the United States and England to speak and teach about my specialty paste papers.

My work has been shown in many Guild of Book Workers traveling exhibits.
